We Do Construction is a design-build practice: one team carrying a project from first sketch through final construction. Architects, designers, and builders working under a single roof, accountable to one standard.
The work is considered — hillside lots and historic homes, kitchens and full-home renovations resolved with the same care we would give our own. Clear scope, honest budgets, permit-ready plans. The result is a home authored, not assembled.

Jacob Bachar founded We Do Construction in San Francisco, where more than a decade of custom, architecture-led building set the practice’s standard: one team, from concept through construction.
The Bay Area work — hillside lots, historic homes, the discipline of design-build — is the foundation of the practice today — the same considered, principal-led projects, authored for homeowners across San Francisco, Marin, and the East Bay.
